I love this neck massager. At first I didn't really like the electronic muscle stimulation. I only liked the vibration mode. I felt like I was just in shock (which is true) which is why I was flexing my muscles all the time. However, over time I have learned to FULLY RELAX my neck and obey what the device is doing to me. It was a secret trick! Now I love this thing and use it to and from work (1.5 hours one way). I just charge it at work on the way home. The only problem is that I can only charge it with the cable that came with it. It will NOT charge with any other USB-C cable I can find. I've never been a fan of proprietary cables. So I emailed the seller to see if I could get an extra cord or two for home and work. I will update this review once I get a response from the seller. Update: Ordered a standard USB-C cable and it worked. The rating has been changed to 5 stars.
