Review on 🪑 Serta Big and Tall Executive Office Chair - High Back All Day Comfort with Ergonomic Lumbar Support, Bonded Leather, Brown by Anthony Hopkins

First I liked the chair it was comfortable and big (I'm over 6ft 3 so it's the perfect size ). However, after four months, the left armrest broke, as shown in the photo. Since this is the main back brace, I don't currently have a back brace. This is especially important given my age and the fact that I weigh over 100 pounds BELOW the seat weight limit. I contacted Serta but since this is made by someone else (and only uses the Serta brand) they were unable to help me. I have contacted the real company (True Innovations) 3 times in the last month and still no response. I guess I won't get any support and now I'm stuck with a broken chair and a few hundred bucks.
