I used this key to access my crypto broker account to keep my funds safe Unfortunately the key or window somehow started asking for a PIN that wasn't the was drawn on the device, so it was blocked and now I can't remove it from my account or use it. Yubykey has management software that you can use to reset and troubleshoot issues. Unfortunately there is no information on the Thetis website. I hope the manufacturer sees this and provides support. However, I don't have much hope since the manufacturer has a Gmail email address!
