Why good reviews?

Basically, the thing is cheap and looks like a pillow. The top layer has a soft polka dot texture. In the middle is a cotton pad or something similar. However, you could add a lot more as it has almost no cushion. Under this layer is something that makes a crunchy sound when you squeeze the product. And finally thin black material with no slipping. Maybe it's the cheap price that gets the best reviews? Or do some pet owners expect less from their pets? But this item hardly serves its purpose with such a small cushion.
