Very uncomfortable. I don't get it, I NEVER have problems, steel stomach etc. These pills give me horrible heartburn when ingested and not to be too gross they tore the lining of my gut. If everything you eat was supposed to come out of the trap right away, along with the lining of your stomach and intestines, then you could probably lose weight because you're sick as hell. sleep, no In the reviews, everyone gets a free jar of capsules for a good review, so I think that's the reason for all the good reviews.
