Protects the laptop well and offers plenty of space in the main compartment. I wish the smaller compartment had two zippers instead of one, but overall that's really a minor complaint. The bag is strong, durable and a bonus for being designed with women in mind. I like that the hip belts are detachable. The rear is soft, which is great, but let's say you're running down a long hill to catch a bus because you left work later than you should, there's a slight sweat issue due to lack of airflow. This problem does not arise if, for example, you can leave work at the agreed time and walk normally to your bus (or elsewhere). In general, I definitely recommend it.
