Review on Fusionex GIANT by Adam Gambel

Easy integration with Salesforce in general and CRM specifically for sales teams! The ability to have multiple channels of communication within one system has been very helpful - it’s nice to be able to keep all communications about clients/opportunities in one place. I like how quickly we are able to respond to customer inquiries via email or phone (and vice versa!), as well as our ability to create new opportunities from an inquiry. A few features could use some improvement, but overall this product makes life so much easier than anything else out there. We were looking into other products. This was by far best thing they had available. Not only did we find what we needed, but also realized we should have made the switch sooner. The user interface of fusion giant was easy for us as it helped in analyzing our business process with ease. It also helps in creating reports which are required by my clients daily basis. I do not have any dislike about this software but maybe its price could be little higher than other similar softwares available out there. This software has been very helpful while working at home or office since we can access anywhere without internet connection using mobile device like android phone/tablet etc.
