I've been looking for an addition to my security system with these cameras, the sensors are terribly sensitive or don't respond at all, this results in late video recording, with others In other words, the camera's sensor doesn't start recording long enough to capture what's happening in front of the camera, so it's useless for security. When I contacted support about the issue, they replied the next day that an update might be needed (I updated these cameras before installing them). The camera setup guides you through the update during installation. They said they would send new cameras if I didn't send them back, so I agreed with them. I waited and waited for a reply after my last letter to her until I heard nothing. No one came back to me to help or keep their word. They returned the cameras 4 days after my last contact with my reply.
