Product is somewhat misleading. I bought this as a birthday present for my husband. He often complains of neck and back pain. I thought this would be the perfect gift for him. The massager has two holes that you can put your hands in, but when you press it, the massage balls will stop or stop altogether. So you basically don't feel any real pressure on the body part you want to massage. I even tried it on my neck while I was in bed. I was lying on my stomach with my neck turned to the side and since I couldn't apply enough pressure to hold the massager in place, it just rolled down my neck and slipped. A little disappointed, I will not buy again.
