Continue training despite pain? Wouldn't it be great to get rid of this pain? I have patellofemoral syndrome. My physical therapist recommended I purchase this item because I am a regular dancer from Tahitian and I perform every year. As Tahitian dancers, we use our knees A LOT. Also, I train several times a week. I didn't want to stop playing sports or dancing because these hobbies make me happy. I wanted to continue training and also improve my knees. This bond has allowed me to continue doing what I love and I no longer feel pain. I recommend changing this band after two or three days of use. It is easy to use and there are multiple recording techniques easily found on YouTube for this tape. I use this band to pull my knees inward. I am absolutely sure that this tape can also be used on some other areas of the body. Be careful not to let the tape come into contact with your skin as it may peel the skin off. This has never happened to me, but this band is very strong and my physiotherapist warned me about it. You need to attach it over the white tape that comes with the Leukotape. A few months after I started wearing this tape I was able to strengthen my legs to such an extent that the pain I was feeling was almost gone. I still wear this band when I dance, but it's not necessary. If your physical therapist or doctor recommends this tape, consider it! This tape has been a blessing to me.
