Bought this for my 3 year old son for a trip to Olympic National Park. We traveled through the rainforest, snow and rain and it stayed dry and dry. This product is waterproof yet breathable. "Breathable" was a big selling point for me, ensuring it doesn't overheat in warm weather and sit in its own sweat. He usually wears 3T, I bought 3T. The fit is quite large but you can pull the waist down and the cuffs on the sleeves have elastic to keep the sleeves from hanging over your arms so everything works great. Overall for the price paid I'm glad it's a bit big as it will grow into it and I expect to be able to use it for a couple of years before it outgrows it. I chose yellow, very cute, and took some great photos!
