Ease of use & customization, ability to monitor usage within environments with different OS versions across multiple sites, best in class support team! I wish more features can be added, e.g., automatic update of client apps deployed or upgraded within our environment when there are any changes made at provider side. The current release provides enough basic monitoring capabilities and has good documentation. We are solving problems related to application availability by using this tool at one of the clients we work closely with. The ability to automate the process of creating an app. It allows us to focus more on our business needs rather than having to spend time manually building apps. The ease of use and the fact that it integrates with other tools makes this tool easy to use for non-technical people. I would like to see some improvements in terms of performance. We are using this tool to build mobile applications. This has made our work easier as we can now easily create apps without needing to hire developers.
