May work with some wipes but will not work with our baby wipes. You still need to hold the box to prevent multiple wipes from being pulled out. The main thing to watch out for is that the lid that pops up doesn't actually close or latch. He just sits there. The main lid is for sealing napkins, but what's the point of closing it tight if the smaller lid doesn't seal? If the container tips over, the lid may just open wide and everything dries up. I think they will only work well for dry fabrics. But that's a huge price to pay for a plastic container that doesn't even seal well enough to keep wipes dry if something spills on them.
