As a cake professional, I've tried different sizes of cakes from this brand due to the low cost and smooth drum rim. These boards are fine as long as you don't mind the cons and workarounds. They'll sit unevenly and be a little warped, but the heavy tiered cake makes them heavier. My biggest complaint is that the top parchment paper only runs horizontally and stops at the vertical edge. It absorbs water and oil very easily, leaving dark stains all over the top edge of the panel. I had to change the way I work with cakes and only put ready made cakes on the board or use this brand when making fondant covered cake boards.
