I think this product is a perfect example of "You get what you pay for". There was no D-Pad in my package, the L and R buttons were broken upon arrival, and the sync button just didn't fit. I bought this in hopes I could salvage the controller my dog was given. Luckily for me, none of the missing, defective, or broken parts were ones that the dog damaged beyond repair. So it works, but not everything is as aesthetically pleasing now. Who cares, it works. Included tools - A +++. While I had to use a wrench to get extra torque when threading these screws into unthreaded plastic holes, it worked here too.
