Great alternative to sand
We live in an area that gets a lot of rain so we decided to build a sandpit for our 3 year old son. We just filled a storage container (about 14" x 31") and a bag about 1.5-2" deep. I love the color - it looks like real sand - and also that it's cleaner when he sips it.
