These thick bags are ideal for long-term food storage. The O2 absorbers are small so you will need to add more as the bag size increases. The labels work well but I prefer to use a marker on them in case the label comes off for some reason. I use my vacuum sealer for all the small bags, but for the larger gallon bags I use my hair straightener to seal them. (Tip: run twice in the same spot so it gets warm enough.) They seal well and I haven't had any issues with gaskets so far. They are hard wearing and seem to store well in a rodent proof container. I'm not familiar with the brand of oxygen scavengers so I can't say if they're the best or not, but they seem to work. I also like the notch that allows you to tear them apart if needed.
