Good quality, fits well
I bought one when my daughter was 4, it had long sleeves. She loves them and loves showing everyone the pattern, she always gets compliments. She grew up this summer, she's 6 years old now, I bought these, bigger, with short sleeves. It was very nice again, very fitting for her. I like the fabric too, the quality is good.

- The And label's website said it was 100% cotton but 100% spandex. Sent it back and was very disappointed.
