This mask tilts the ears forward. I can't even take this mask off. The mask is very small, I have an elongated oval head. Not huge, just an ordinary adult head. Also, my goatee is dangling below. Airflow seems ok, can't tell if it's any better than the medical masks I usually buy. The outer fabric feels breathable, but the lining feels like a pillowcase. If you're looking for a bare minimum of protection, this isn't it. I have a gauze mask, I hope it will suit my needs.
