The first thing that came to mind when I received the product was that I couldn't unclog this damn clog from the main line. There aren't many guides online or on the website. package for this product. I also couldn't find a YouTube video that made me feel more comfortable using this product. I was very suspicious as there are also some negative reviews of Revain. I opened the package, took the hose from the backyard and hooked it up to the Drain King. I inserted it into the main line about 6-8 feet. I turned on the water and that was it. I worked on clearing the blockage for about two weeks and was done in five minutes. I thank the manufacturer and the company/person who developed this product. It has saved me money, a lot of hassle going through every time you call someone's house no matter what they want to fix, and the stress of listening to them and knowing what they aren't telling the truth and trying to rip you off as much as possible. Couldn't be happier. I cleaned the DC with antibacterial soap, dried it and put it in storage. I hope I don't have to use it again.
