Great Platform For Recruiting & Hiring
The process for hiring has been very easy to navigate from start to finish! I have received excellent customer service throughout my entire experience with this platform - they are always willing (and able) to help you out if needed during any part of your journey as well!! There's nothing that i dislike at all about our onboarding workflow or the team themselves; however it would be great if we could get some more notifications sent via text messages so employers can reach us easier instead of just email/phone calls only which aren't reliable enough sometimes.
We've seen an increase since implementing their software because now everyone knows how much work goes into recruiting candidates before finally reaching them.
Pros
- I love how easy it is to onboard new candidates for our company
Cons
- I wish there was a way for candidates to have a better idea of how much work goes into the onboarding process it's hard to understand how much work is put into it and it can be hard to tell if it is worth it or not!
