Unfortunately, I made the mistake of making an internet purchase from ESPN Shop not too long ago. It was a case of missing the mark completely. The t-shirt I purchased was a complete strike, made of cheap material that shrank like a lead balloon in the wash. Not to mention the shoes, which were even worse than seated in the stands for nine innings. When I complained over the phone, customer support was about as helpful as a Little League umpire. There's no need to remind you that I won't be returning to ESPN Shop any time soon.
