My kitten is about 7 months old and weighs 7 pounds and still has plenty of space in this bed, although I doubt a cat over 5-7 pounds will fit comfortably. She likes that it's dark and quiet and warm in here, but I'm worried that when she grows up she won't be able to move around inside. It's not bad quality, but it's not super strong either. The post also shows "two ways" you can use it, but putting a pillow on it and flattening the fish makes them uncomfortable and very crooked. It can really only be used as a cave/igloo bed.
