Along with this Case, I use the single wire Earpiece and Audio Adapter Combo for Motorola Radio APX6000 APX750 XPR7350 XPR7350 APX 4000 6000 APX 4000 APX 6350 Kevlar reinforced undersheath cable connected to a Motorola APX-4000 radio. and the combination works great. Tried alignments: - over the shoulder - too swaying and unwieldy - over the chest (under the right arm) with and without additional straps - I ended up adding a fourth strap to keep the radio from tipping forward or horizontally. Too many belts even though it worked. AGAINST: The radio antenna stuck out under the armpit. - Attachment to a belt - it was the best. I fastened the case's velcro/double buckle around my belt behind the right waist belt loop (a bit tricky so do this before you put the radio into the case). I also tried this other leather case but don't use it anymore it's too heavy and the radio hangs almost horizontally.
