I bought this to turn into a witch costume for my granddaughter and it's perfect! Very full skirt and great quality. I added purple tulle and sparkly lights and this is a beautiful witch costume!
- Stylish: The burgundy color is elegant and classy, making this dress perfect for any occasion.
- May not be as practical as other toddler dresses.
