Review on ๐ŸŒง๏ธ Valeo 900261B Frameless ULTIMATE 26" All-Season OE Replacement Wiper Blade - Black | Top-Notch Performance & Style by Sean Lafond

Revainrating 4 out of 5

OEM devices lasted more than 5 years.

These are genuine OEM wiper blades that were installed on my truck in December 2006 (2007 model). Today, January 27th, 2012, it had to be replaced for the first time! They still wash well, don't make noise or knock. The reason for the replacement was that the bottom 3 inches had come loose from the blade. Of course, I live in Hollywood, California, where there is no snow unless I drive 4 hours, which was a total of 6 days of heavy snow. The truck is in direct sunlight all day with a temperature of 115 degrees. During this time, the sun destroyed 3 windshield wipers on my wife's car. Because of the good durability, I started looking for original equipment. I only wanted original equipment. I found them. That's it! They even have a metal hinge pin like the original. wiper with a hook. Hook wipers probably fit 90% of cars but they don't fit my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali. It uses a "top clamp" style wiper blade (GM part number 25877402). No adapters or replacement arms. Necessary. Both left and right are 22 inch blades. Installation - The included instructions are sufficient, but a few tips: 1. Take your time.2. When removing, note how the slot for the old brushes fits into the wiper arm at the tip. It is easy to install incorrectly, and although the blade stays for a while, it does not work properly.3. When inserting a new blade, you need to press hard enough to "click". The only downside is the price. What happened to $12 for a pair of wipers?!? I think I should be glad I really got what I paid for! Update 2-8-12: It was raining and the wipers worked as usual. They were smooth, quiet, efficient, with no streaks. Update 10/20/12: No problem. Updated 11/4/13. No problems yet. updated 2.12.14. some days. This will cause a 1 inch stripe. The other wiper is still OK: no streaks, noise or knocking. A wiper has failed. Lasted almost 3 years! Updated 12/1/18 Worked fine until one of the wipers broke so I replaced both of them again. Good service for 4 years Still happy with wipers.
