23 year old litter box

We have a 23 year old one eyed warrior cat who has difficulty walking due to arthritis in his hip. We use them as trash cans and they work very well. Does the best at preventing spills and doesn't hold dirt either, but we use it in the garage and it hits rather than misses so it's fine.
