The support team are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients and have been very helpful in helping us with some of our more complex projects. There were times when we had issues with them but they worked through it quickly and made sure that everything was resolved as soon as possible. Sometimes this can take longer than you would expect so do not be disappointed if things don't work out straight away - there's no harm trying! We've used Pythagoras for several years now and I cannot think of anything at present which has caused any problems or concerns. They have been great partners over all these years and continue to deliver excellent service every time we engage them.
