My waist is 38-40 inches which should be XL.
I have a 38-40" waist so I chose XL, too big so I have to do magic to make it fit. I was very impressed with the quality of the item. I had cheap leather and plastic expected.The leather was very thick and good quality and the buckle and trim are metal which is great.This is required for your star lord cosplay.
