Review on Ultimate Back Stretching Device: Multi-Level Lumbar Support Stretcher for Pain Relief in Bed, Chair & Car by Sharon Weston

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Absolutely worth it (at least for me)

I twisted my back and got unbelievable pain if I tried to lean in any direction. This little thing was a life saver. I didn't want to spend hundreds to go to the doctor. and do a scan and then a Hiro/PT so I tried that and a back brace hoping it would make the pain manageable. It ABSOLUTELY worked and now my back pain is less than it was before it failed completely! The assembly requires some effort after the first cut. The highest setting was quite difficult the first few times, but I'm also 5ft 2" so this setting only made me feel like I was doing almost a full backbend, but seemed acceptable for my 6ft partner . I alternate between lower and middle notches. The spikes on it are not painful at all and provide the necessary pressure. I think you can put it on your chair and use it like that. I just lay it on the floor and lie on it for 5-10 minutes at the beginning and end of the day. When I first used it my back cracked in about 12 different places which scared me to death but I felt much better immediately. "I'm really in love with this thing and I'm pretty picky and I have commitment issues. And yes, that's absolutely ridiculous because it's literally two pieces of plastic I'm going to be just as life-changing for you as it was for me. I can't fucking tell you, but if my 2 cents are anything, I'd say it's worth a try is an alternative to professional medical care and shouldn't be followed by someone making questionable decisions about their health meets)
