amazing! My fitness band lasted a whole year before it finally broke. I'm in love with rose gold so I decided to give it a try. There are 4 in a pack, you choose your color options and they arrive pre-packaged. The only problem is that they arrive straight so they look bulky but once they start to bend they are comfortable and form fitting. I get compliments all the time (which is weird because no one has ever mentioned my blue ribbon). If in doubt, try them out. I have a small wrist and it's perfect for the smallest adjustments.
