The bag looks great and at first I thought it was excellent quality. After only 1 month of use, the loop that attaches to the ring that holds the strap to the bag broke. I contacted the company and asked if there was a guarantee, they replied and I sent them these photos. Offered to ship another bag early 11/2020. I never received a replacement bag. And when I tried to contact them again for a status update, I got no response. very unprofessional in my opinion. For a handcrafted genuine leather bag. I expected it to hold up better. Waste of money, very disappointed.
