Attempted to return two phones past seller's deadline. Didn't even open the box. There was no attention, not even an offer to get the phones working for me. DO NOT BUY. This phone won't turn on and won't work. The setup by our service provider took some time. Once set up, it didn't work like the phones I've had for decades. For example, when I picked up the headset, I didn't get a dial tone. Just scrolling through the menu I found "new call" which beeped when pressed. You can't go through that every time you want to call. Another time I had a client on hold but when I tried to get back to an active call I couldn't. My subscriber waited a few minutes while I dialed his number from another phone and even texted him that I was having problems with the phone. Finally, I found a pending call while scrolling through the menu. You can't do it every time! The last straw was when I went online and looked over the instructions. It was then that I decided it was easier to return the phone and try another than to understand how this phone works. Not the one for me.
