Easy and convenient way keep track with client transactions
The most helpful part about this program for me was being able to use my phone number instead of having an email address or fax machine in order to receive paperwork/invoices etc! It can be confusing if you're not familiar but it's very easy once your used to how everything works together.
I had no problems using this system while working as a driver hauling freight across Canada (Ontario). We were always informed when we needed documents signed by our customers. This allowed us to make sure they got what they paid for which helped ensure customer satisfaction.
Pros
- Allows drivers like myself, who don't have access all day every workday to sign contracts with clients at their convenience without needing anything more than just that one thing my cellphone; also allows them complete control over where exactly things are going so there is nothing lost along route
