I am impressed with the quality of the product, considering metal hooks and loops were used. The hooks are easy to fasten and the product doesn't roll down when seated. It definitely encourages one to tighten the abdominal muscles while wearing it. It is snug, yet not restrictive and I am easily able to breathe and freely move. I highly recommend it to anyone looking tone up the abdominal muscles or slim down any extra belly. Excellent product!
