Never really softens
I've been using this for several months now and found it to have uneven performance. Some times, I’ll wake up and it feels like there’s a log under my neck. Other times, it’s OK. It never really softens to conform the way my old Tempurpedic did. Of course, it’s about a third the price. Next time, I’ll spend more.
