At this point it's not possible to know if we fully comply or maybe have some non-compliances due to lack knowledge/experience in certain areas which should be covered under specific sections but currently are missing from our system. We would like support so far more than what they offered us during implementation process - no one was available at least 3 times per week when needed after launch date until now. Also there were issues few months ago while implementing new modules where I had technical problems trying to solve them myself without any help since their team wasn't able nor willing too provide me such assistance via chat window. Support provided through email only although livechat exists somewhere down page. You get used quickly because everything can easily been found here even though sometimes search function could need improvement regarding number.
