On September 16, I placed an order for a laptop with delivery to the location of the problem and paid for it right away. It was promised that the item would be delivered on September 19th. They did not deliver, however they did send an SMS stating that they will give a new delivery time within the next 48 hours at the latest. Apparently unreported. Support is silent. I received a response to my tweet. The major body of the response is included in the attachment. In other words, has been spinning my money for the past 5 days and is going to continue to spin it for the same amount. It wouldn't shock me if anything didn't turn out the way we planned. They will apologize once more and offer a voucher worth less than 1% of the total purchase price, and they will continue to do this indefinitely. Do not make the same error I did, and never trust anyone; money is only expected once the item has been received.
