I noticed that a lot of people had problems with this blanket when drying it. The wash and care instructions say it can't be tumble dried, also it's a looser fleece so I don't know why it couldn't be dried flat. The drying time of the quilt is quite short, probably due to the thinness, maybe 2 hours. I first bought it in red for my large mattress as a light cover for warmer nights and as an extra layer for colder nights. Works great on both. Then I bought some comforters (turquoise, navy and purple) for the cots and 2 decorative blankets (white and navy), one for me and one for the pup. Everyone loves these blankets so much that they try to carry them everywhere, even with the dog. All colors matched the pictures. Just don't dry it at all and you will love this cheap, warm, comfortable and soft blanket.
