I will submit a pic later.This is a great and affordable hearing device that costs around a hundred dollars for one. It worked for one full year-purchased in July of 21 and stopped working around the same time in 22.It afforded the option to I don't know change between four modes. You could make it louder if you needed to or just tune out the excess noise. It really was a great hearing device but one time I just plugged it in and when I was ready to use it, the on/off button did not work. When you plug in the charger though, you could see the light. But the device is not working as far as being able to come on with the button when not plugged in for charging.I cannot seem to connect to anyone in customer service about a product warranty. I even got the Asurion protection and I cannot reach them for comment.Anyway, if the customer service portion could be improved that would be great.
