Review on πŸ‘“ Twist ONE Read: Innovative Flat Folding Reading Glasses (+2.50, Cyan Blue) by Beth Clark

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Overpriced, easy to scratch

These Italian folding glasses for Reading while traveling makes less impression than my German edition from an unknown manufacturer that I found in the local version of REI (called Globetrotter). The upside/problem with these twist ones is that they are large lenses (good or bad depending on what you want) and scratch easily. Very easy. I've had mine less than a week and both lenses are now scratched but I have no idea how. They have not survived falls, bumps, slips, etc. I wish I could find another brand again. Next time I'm going to Germany again. Update: The seller saw this review (above) and contacted me to see if I needed a replacement. I agreed to try them out and they sent me a new pair for free, plus another pair called Nannini which as the name suggests are smaller (maybe 20% smaller overall) but as the seller explained wears one harder lens coating, so they should be more scratch resistant. At the same time, I must give the seller a full rating. It's a different rating, so it's not directly related to points, but I'll try new ones and see if they're better. Maybe the Nannini survive better.
