My little girl Libby is a 50 pound blue nosed pit bull. She has serious skin problems and always itches until she bleeds. I've tried everything, diet change, vegan, allergy preparations, stomach preparations, medication, but it keeps coming back. It helps her not to lick or scratch and hopefully helps her dry skin (too soon to tell). But she is very anxious and whines for communication. She hasn't made a sound since I put this on her. Her measurements are 23" body length, 19" neck and 28" chest. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly.
