Fits Nikon D750 + Nikon 1.7x lens extension + 70-200 VR lens (hardly works!) in side pocket. The back pad is also well ventilated The waist straps take most of the weight off the shoulders - works VERY well The adjustment of the shoulder straps is excellent Carries the above mentioned camera (above) with two other lenses easily and a Canon 6D with 70-300 lenses attached. The outer bag can be used with a small Osprey 1.5 liter hydraulic reservoir. but the bag as a whole will be heavy with it. Haven't tested the waterproofness yet but I think it's ok and this bag includes a rain cover. For reference, my height is 6ft at 150lbs, waist 32.
