I like how well it does what you need at an affordable price (especially for small businesses). The customer service has been great as have their team members when working with them via email or phone calls! Nothing specific - just very easy-to use tool overall; everything works exactly where needed/wanted which makes me appreciate this program even more after having used other programs over time!! This really helps run my business smoothly without any glitches from one day until another so no complaints here but glad these types exist out there because we can now work together easily instead of getting annoyed everytime something goes wrong haha ;)) The ability to have all the information in one place for the employees which was not there in other programs, it was also very easy to navigate and all information in one place. No major faults, it has worked very well. It took some time to master but once you get used to it it is very easy to use. We have been able to save time on the process and have had less errors. We have seen an increase in employee satisfaction as well as a decrease in employee turnover.
