After 2 weeks, as the headphones arrived at the address, the manager writes me a reply to the mail like "the marriage was not detected, write a statement and we will send" this "to you back." How can you not reveal a marriage when the headphones are trotted hard ? Or does the raiser company simply not want to fulfill its warranty obligations? I think this is the reason. For some reason, my family members hear this defect on all devices, but the raiser guaranteeers do not hear it. Terrible company with terrible customer service.
