The elastic waistband allows my daughter to play and move without worrying about her pants ripping or falling off. They have a great bag for her rocks and anything she collects. (That's a pretty big bag). The only thing I had to add more rubber bands to the ankles because they were dragging on the floor. And I wish there were more color options because there aren't many tops that match colors.
