Review on 🎾 Relieve Tennis & Golfer’s Elbow with Tennis Elbow Brace (2-Count) - Compression Pad for Men & Women by Isaac Maze

FAT hand friendly! on arm, hand and finger rests

At first I was concerned about finding one that would fit my forearm. Not only am I a very curvy girl, I also have a muscle tear in my forearm which is causing extra volume and swelling. When I measured my forearm for where the brace should go (I have tennis elbow and I will follow the instructions) it was 11 inches. Many of these braces have a maximum length of 12 inches, which doesn't leave enough room for the Velcro to actually attach securely. What drew me to these braces is that they go up to 14 inches. There are 2 included but I only need 1. I applied it straight away because I was in severe pain and didn't like muscle relaxants or the Rx-strength ibuprofen the doctor prescribed me. To be honest, it was painful and pleasurable at the same time, but didn't bring much relief. I later found that I had to tighten it a bit so the gel was pressing against my arm a bit, which gave me just enough extra velcro for each side. His move made a big impression, but I still had to give him the good old days. After wearing this item religiously for 3 days and only taking it off at night, my pain was greatly reduced. I've been wearing it every day for a week now and I can say that it has exceeded all my expectations and brought me great relief. It won't take away all the pain, especially if you're doing a lot of exercise that's making the injury worse, but for an all-natural, drug-free way of dealing with it, it's GREAT! Just give him some time.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Slightly torn
