The benefits are many, but I would say the best benefit we have realized so far has been efficiency in our order-to -ship processes for inventory management; this alone saved us $200k per year! We can see it improve at all levels of business operations. When implementing ELEMENTUM across multiple locations within an organization there was some initial confusion as different managers had differing workflows which meant they were not able use same functionality out side of one another (think ERP silos). This caused challenges when trying implement cross functional areas where specific functions could be shared between departments/groups etc.. Once these issues got ironed out however things quickly improved once everyone understood what elements needed doing exactly how the system expected them done.
