I am very impressed with how well this product works on my floors with minimal effort. I was offered $5,000 to redo and repair the floor which I think is a lot of money. My home is an American bungalow style home built in 1929. All floors are real Florida Pine wood with small scratches, very dull and in need of renovation. In general, it is very easy to prepare and apply to the floor. I would suggest that you practice on a small area first to master the application technique before attempting a larger area. This amazing product fills in scratches, penetrates deep into the wood to give it a great shine and shine and dries fairly quickly. I've had to reapply in high traffic areas like under the dining table (but that's to be expected). Keeping 5k in my pocket and getting the desired result that should bring her back to life - I'm very happy with this product. ! Highly recommended!
