I use two pumps on my thick shoulder length blonde hair. I focus most of it on the ends and only do a few pats near the roots to avoid product buildup and greasyness. My hair is no longer frizzy at the ends, lies flat and retains its natural wavy texture with less frizz without blow drying. When I blow dry and use a straightener, my hair looks silky and hardly frizzes. I don't like overheating my hair so this product is also great for air drying. I've used it in the past and tried other products, but I always end up coming back to this one. It just works.
